Juice WRLD’s Ex-Girlfriend Accused of Stealing From Walmart

Ally Lotti, the ex-girlfriend of the late rapper Juice WRLD, was arrested this past weekend after being accused of shoplifting at a Walmart in Arkansas, TMZ reported (1). After Lotti and her boyfriend, Carter Jamison, checked out via self-checkout, they were approached by “a security guard who insinuated that they did not pay in full for an item in their cart,” as noted in an Instagram post shared by Lotti’s lawyer (2).

After Lotti’s boyfriend stated that he would pay for any items they may have overlooked, the security guard proceeded to call the police. TMZ says that while Lotti was being detained, police discovered narcotics on her, prompting them to charge her with petit theft, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose to deliver at least two grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ally was booked at the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office and later released.

Ally Lotti’s criminal lawyer defended her via Instagram.

In addition to laying out the scene for the public via Instagram, Lotti’s criminal attorney proceeded to defend her by saying “my client would never take something intentionally.” Instead, he says it “seems like a misunderstanding.” He also added that he believes the matter will be resolved quickly and that a “fair resolution” will be obtained.

In terms of Jamison, TMZ says that he was arrested for theft of property and released without bond the same day.
